At Henry’s Watches, I take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every timepiece I offer. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, I’m here to help.

Returns

Timeframe

You have 30 days from the date you receive your watch to initiate a return. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, I can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Cancellations are valid within 1 hour of ordering.

Condition

To be eligible for a return, your watch must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Please note that Mystery Boxes are excluded from returns.

Process

To start a return, please email me at info@henrys-watches.com with your order number and a brief explanation of why you’d like to return the item.

  • A return form must be requested and included with your return.

  • Refunds are only processed if the watch is sent to the correct return address listed on the return form and the package is successfully delivered.

  • For your protection, I strongly recommend insured shipping so you have proof of delivery.

Please note that I do not offer free returns.

Refused Packages

If a package is refused at the door and returned to sender, a $10 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover handling costs.

Refunds

Inspection

Once I receive and inspect your return, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your item. I will also let you know if your refund has been approved or rejected.

Processing

If your refund is approved, I will process it, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank. Processing times for refunds can vary.

If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact me at info@henrys-watches.com.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you are entitled to a replacement once photo proof is provided.

I only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your watch for the same item, email me at info@henrys-watches.com, and I will assist you with the process.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once I receive the returned item, I will send you a gift certificate.
