Your Satisfaction is My Priority

At Henry’s Watches, I take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every timepiece I offer. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, I’m here to help.

Returns

Timeframe:

You have 30 days from the date you receive your watch to initiate a return. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, I can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Cancellations are valid within 1 hour of ordering.

Condition:

To be eligible for a return, your watch must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging.

Process:

To start a return, please email me at info@henrys-watches.com with your order number and a brief explanation of why you’d like to return the item. I will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your return.

Please note that I do not offer free returns.

Refunds

Inspection:

Once I receive and inspect your return, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also let you know if your refund has been approved or rejected.

Processing:

If your refund is approved, I will process it, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

1. Check your bank account again.

2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

3. Contact your bank. Processing times for refunds can vary.

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items:

I only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your watch for the same item, email me at info@henrys-watches.com, and I will assist you with the exchange process.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once I receive the returned item, I will send you a gift certificate.
